SERUDS (Sai Educational Rural & Urban Development Society) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Andhra Pradesh State, India working for the welfare and development of deprived street children, orphans, destitute women, poor old age people and youth in urban slums and villages. SERUDS has been working since 2003 through its need-based programs focused on access to education, food, livelihood training and healthcare.

STRATEGY- THE CHANGE WE NEED TO FETCH
Strategy was to first analyze the website, understand the missing points in it, and correct it and hence making things easy for the future. We determined that was the best possible solution for online donations. Then we moved on to set a focused keyword strategy and rebuild the site content in order to make it both SEO as well as user-friendly, everything got in place, we started on and off-page SEO and thereafter we concentrate on generating leads, created paid campaign and started building a brand awareness through social media channels. For Seruds India, generating leads was to convince people to donate to the NGO, also secondly the keyword ranking was important.
The Digital team did in-depth analysis of the website to crisscross the lacking factors from SEO & user engagement perspective. This helped to attract new visits to the website and acquire quality leads; competitor analysis also played a key role to understand the current status of the website.
